I understand that payment of the required school tuition fee or 50% deposit must be made in $US dollars prior to or upon my first day of study. Payment must be made in full by graduation/ordination to receive certificate of completion. Further, I agree to meet in a timely manner, prior to the completion of school, all personal expenses incurred during my involvement with Harvest Reapers International. If I am accepted, I will abide by the rules, commitments and schedules of the school.

PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT OF 1974
1. PURPOSE: (School Policy/Privacy Act).
2. SCOPE:
a. This policy applies to all organization’s employees, management, contractors, students and volunteers
b. This policy describes the organization’s objectives and policies regarding maintaining the privacy of school information, property and ensures confidentiality.
PRIVACY RULE: (Smith’s Christian University Policies, Procedures and Statements. The effects, the privacy and confidentially.)
a. Materials and all recording cannot be sold and published for personal gain.
b. Materials and all recordings cannot be distributed to any outside parties or organizations.
c. Penalties for unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exhibition of copyright school materials may result in serious action by the school.
d. When counseling it is not to be shared with no one at any time including friends, family members, and spouses also do not use for publishing purposes or any recordings it is prohibited and violates the Safeguard and Privacy Act Law.
e. All ministers when counseling must respect their client or client’s privacy do not consult anyone regarding any information between minister and client unless written consent by client and president.
f. Ministers are not to give any harmful advice or counseling that would end in dangerous results.
